Video content not working? Here's why
Don't be a hero, be a guide.

Beautiful shots and snappy editing are great but they can’t carry your video strategy.
You need a compelling narrative, and your viewer should be the hero of that narrative. If you step in and try to tell your customer that you are the hero, they’ll tune you out.
You want to position yourself as their guide. They have a problem, and you can help them solve that problem because you’ve done it before. How do you do that?
Explain the problem to be sure viewers are aware of it
Create educational content that speaks to the problem
Show outcomes you’ve delivered by helping clients solve the problem
This is why B2B marketers love case studies. They’re a great way to do all three steps.
Just remember to make your client the hero, even in a case study. Make your future clients relate to your current or past clients and they’ll be one step closer to sending you an offer.
Stories win customers. But only when the story is about them, not you.
